dbt22 Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the dbt22 online gaming platform ("dbt22", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "member"). By opening an account on dbt22 or by continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

2 Account Registration

To access all features on dbt22, you must create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

• Each person may register only one account. If the same person holds more than one account, both accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• Your account username and password must be kept strictly confidential. This information must not be disclosed to any third party.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• If any information provided at registration changes, you must update your account details right away.
• For verification purposes, dbt22 may request identity documents (national ID card, passport, etc.) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
• Account balances and records are stored on dbt22's servers and, in the event of a dispute, the server data will be considered final.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and play on dbt22, the following eligibility conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Use of the platform must not be prohibited for you under the local laws applicable in your area regarding online gaming.
• You are playing on your own behalf and with your own funds — not as a representative of anyone else.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.
• dbt22 employees and their close relatives may not place bets on the platform.

If eligibility conditions are not met, or if registration is completed using false information, dbt22 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all deposits and winnings.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dbt22 are fully secure and protected by SSL encryption. The following payment methods are available: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: Requests are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Funds deposited into an account may only be withdrawn to the payment method registered to the account holder.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• In the case of any suspicious transaction, dbt22 reserves the right to request additional information or to place a hold on the transaction.
• Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment account are not permitted. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension.
• Please note: if a withdrawal is made before bonus wagering conditions are met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

dbt22 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

Welcome bonus: New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 15 times (15x).

• Each bonus offer applies only once per member, per household, per address, or per device.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• dbt22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraud or abuse of the bonus system is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be activated unless specifically permitted.
• If dbt22 determines that a member is abusing bonuses, dbt22 reserves the right to limit that member's access to bonus offers.

6 Gameplay and Fair Play

All games on dbt22 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Our game engines use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random and unbiased.

• Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• dbt22 reserves the right to void any winnings that are incorrectly credited due to a technical error or system fault.
• dbt22 is not responsible for disconnections during gameplay. In such cases, the game outcome will be determined based on server data.
• Playing from multiple accounts simultaneously or using any automated software to play is prohibited.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game rules or payout structure, dbt22's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbt22 platform. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure and all balances and winnings may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Making deposits using fraudulent payment methods.
• Abusing the bonus system or creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus hunting.
• Attempting to damage the platform's systems through hacking, cracking, or any other means.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Harassing or engaging in offensive behavior toward other users on the platform.
• Creating an account using a false identity.
• Using an account on behalf of or for the benefit of a minor.

dbt22 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as it sees fit.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

9 VIP Program

• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP tier advancement is based on dbt22's assessment. Detailed terms and conditions for cashback amounts and VIP benefits apply separately. dbt22 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

If an account is closed due to conduct that violates the rules, all VIP benefits will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

dbt22 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game or transaction is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues, power outages, or other technical reasons.
• If loss occurs as a result of sharing your account details with another person.
• If a transaction is delayed or fails due to an issue with a third-party payment service provider.
• If a member uses the platform at their own risk in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited under local law.
• If service is interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

In any circumstance, dbt22's maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question. dbt22 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

dbt22 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, unlawful, or misconduct-related activity.
• Refusal to provide verification documents or submission of false documents.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• If you wish to close your account at your own request, please contact the support team.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of the Terms, your balance will be returned after verification. If closure is due to a breach of the Terms, the balance may be forfeited.
